mr. Anneloes de Fouw (advocaat)

Anneloes has worked as a property lawyer since 2000, most recently at Boekel de Nerée N.V. and Höcker Advocaten. She specialises in commercial landlord-tenant law, the purchase and sale of property and the general law of obligations.

 

Her practice focuses on consultancy and litigation on behalf of retail chains, institutional and other investors, project developers and estate agents. Anneloes completed the specialisation course of the Landlord-Tenant Lawyers Association (VHA) cum laude in 2007.

 

She regularly publishes articles on the above topics, among others in the magazine Shopping Centre News and the Journal of Commercial Landlord and Tenant Law, where she holds the position of secretary as part of the editorial staff. She also regularly lectures on commercial landlord-tenant law at the University of Amsterdam and the Eggens Instituut, among others.

 

Anneloes has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):
Commercial Landlord and Tenant Law

 

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
