mr. Anneloes de Fouw (lawyer)
Anneloes has worked as a property lawyer since 2000, most recently at Boekel de Nerée N.V. and Höcker Advocaten. She specialises in commercial landlord-tenant law, the purchase and sale of property and the general law of obligations. Her practice focuses on consultancy and litigation on behalf of retail chains, institutional and other investors, project developers and estate agents. Anneloes completed the specialisation course of the Landlord-Tenant Lawyers Association (VHA) cum laude in 2007. She regularly publishes articles on the above topics, among others in the magazine Shopping Centre News and the Journal of Commercial Landlord and Tenant Law, where she holds the position of secretary as part of the editorial staff. She also regularly lectures on commercial landlord-tenant law at the University of Amsterdam and the Eggens Instituut, among others.
mr. Katja Keij (lawyer)
Katja studied law at the University of Amsterdam, graduating in 2008 in private law and criminal law. After graduating she worked for more than three years as a lawyer at Simmons & Simmons in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. She successfully completed the Law Firm School course in 2010. Katja completed the specialisation course of the Landlord-Tenant Lawyers Association (VHA) cum laude in June 2016. Katja is a member of the Landlord-Tenant Lawyers Association and also a committee member of the NRW (Nederlandse Raad Winkelcentra) New Generation. Katja has extensive experience in property law, including landlord-tenant law, construction law, purchase and sale, and the general law of obligations. She regularly publishes articles on the above topics, among others in the magazine the Journal of Commercial Landlord and Tenant Law where she is a permanent contributor. Katja has worked at BRICKS Advocaten since 1 September 2012, focusing in particular on litigation and consultancy in the field of commercial landlord-tenant law.
mr. Mick Creusen (paralegal)
Mick Creusen is paralegal at BRICKS Advocaten. He assists the lawyers in the performance of various legal tasks and activities associated with the representation of their clients. He studies Law at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, where he earned his bachelors degree. Prior to his appointment at BRICKS, he worked as a claims handler for a large insurance company. He also worked as a volunteer at the legal aid centre located in Heerhugowaard.
Ilonka Dzialiner (office manager)
Ilonka Dzialiner is the firm’s office manager since July 2016 and provides BRICK’s lawyers with secretarial support . Ilonka has years of experience in the legal profession in Haarlem.
